Resumo

Este artigo aborda o problema de como os futuros são frequentemente enquadrados por meio de estatísticas, previsões e narrativas universais que apagam a subjetividade e a emoção. Propõe uma alternativa ao examinar como sentimentos especulativos podem se tornar práticas de resistência quando destacados em processos artísticos. O objetivo é analisar Pura Felicidad, uma instalação multimídia desenvolvida a partir de conversas guiadas com artistas latino-americanos em Bogotá. A metodologia consistiu em gravar e transcrever diálogos coletivos, fragmentar e editar os textos, e traduzi-los através de mídias — vozes, legendas, som e vídeo de três canais — em uma instalação imersiva. Esse processo, definido como tradução afetiva, transportou a intensidade dos sentimentos especulativos para uma forma espacial e coletiva sem reduzir sua ambiguidade. Os resultados mostram que a pluralidade de vozes, os sotaques regionais e as perspectivas divergentes geraram uma ecologia afetiva onde os futuros foram encenados como plurais e situados, e não universais ou abstratos. Conclui-se que métodos de pesquisa artística, como a tradução afetiva, podem contribuir para o pensamento decolonial e ecológico ao resistir à homogeneização, fomentar futuros pluriversais e transformar emoções subjetivas em formas coletivas e resistentes de criação de mundos.
