Resumo
Este artigo propõe uma abordagem da psicopatologia a partir da perspectiva da filosofia social, concentrando-se em três momentos. No primeiro, propomos distinguir as condições sociais e históricas de possibilidade que produzem o surgimento de um discurso psicopatológico de suas condições de validade. As condições de validade nos situam dentro do discurso psicopatológico, no âmbito da proposição, cuja verdade ou falsidade não é decidida arbitrariamente, mas com base nas regras constitutivas do discurso. As condições de possibilidade estão situadas em outro nível: o de perceber que a oposição entre o verdadeiro e o falso está organizada em torno do discurso da psicopatologia como um tipo particular de discurso que se constitui em um momento específico e cuja emergência envolve também a intervenção de múltiplos fatores e agentes, não todos eles científicos. Em segundo lugar, propomos defender a importância do modo de vida socialmente compartilhado a fim de compreender a psicopatologia e, finalmente, explorar a relação entre o modo de vida socialmente compartilhado e as formas de vivenciar a psicose.
